Mid-States provides its expertise to clients by advising management through the transaction process, preparing presentation materials, and negotiating with prospective lenders, buyers or sellers.  Utilizing its experience closing transactions in various industries, ability to package and evaluate transactions, and personal relationships throughout the banking, mezzanine, subordinated debt groups, venture capital and private equity communities, MSA quickly completes transactions.  MSA works to gain an understanding of the client's company and then consults and advises on appropriate and attainable financial structures based upon various metrics with the objective to refinance, locate expansion capital, recapitalize, and finance mergers & acquisitions.  MSA works in conjunction with clients to create and analyze detailed historical performance and pro forma financial models, including a Source and Use of Funds, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows, to determine a company's ability to satisfy financial metrics for different strategic outcomes.  After MSA locates the appropriate financing source or buyer, we collectively work with the client and financing source/buyer to structure terms.  The end result is a transaction that improves operational performance and allows the client to meet both short and long-term goals.
