The Mid-States Advisors team is comprised of a variety of talents. MSA offers an array of services that includes advising, consulting, creating financial models, and analyzing these models. In addition to these services, MSA builds a healthy relationship with their client to fully understand the structure of the client's company to help them to continue to grow and/or be acquired. The combined knowledge of the group goes far beyond just finance and accounting. The team has gained knowledge of various industries, which include automotive, aeronautical, food & service, medical, transportation & distribution, manufacturing & supplying, and technology. The understanding of these industries has allowed the team to become very versatile. MSA team members have collectively held previous positions as certified public accountants, commercial lenders, CEOs, COOs, and as managing members of middle market companies. This previous experience has aided the team in gaining a vast amount of knowledge and experience, which is identifiable in MSA's comprehensive presentation materials.
